How much are the additional monthly fees?

Costs may vary based on applicant qualifications, unit pricing, amenities, and any applicable special fees. All rates and fees are subject to change until a lease is signed.

How much is the application fee and deposit?
The application fee is $60 per adult (18+). The standard refundable deposit is $250, depending on application approval.

Do you offer short-term leases?
Yes, lease terms range from 3 to 15 months.

Do you have garages?
Yes, we offer detached garages for $150 per month. All other parking is first come, first served.

Do you accept animals?
Yes, we allow up to two animals per apartment home. Fees and restrictions apply.

How old is the property? 
The property was built in 2008. The community was recently fully renovated, featuring updated apartment interiors and a renovated clubhouse and fitness center.

Do you have washers and dryers?
Yes, every apartment home includes a washer and dryer.

What amenities do you offer?
Aventura Falcon Valley features a swimming pool, newly renovated well-equipped fitness center, a welcoming clubhouse and a dog park. Enjoy our beautiful pond area featuring a fountain set back in a park like setting with a walking trail.

Is there recreation nearby?
Yes, we are located next to Falcon Valley Golf Course, as well as several parks and walking trails nearby.

What schools are associated with Aventura Falcon Valley?
Manchester Park Elementary, Prairie Trail Middle School, and Olathe Northwest High School.
